Raw Cashew Dip


Very easy to make, this nice little dip will help you stay away form all these processed dips that have zero benefits for you.


  • 1 cup cashews soaked for at least 3 hours
  • 1 Tbsp raw organic tahini
  • juice from one lemon
  • 2 Tbsp cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
  • 1tsp organic garlic finely chopped
  • pinch of salt


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor
  2. Adjust seasonings to your preference
  3. Store in the fridge for at least 10 minutes if you can wait.The flavor gets better as it chills.
  4. Garnish with some fresh herbs before serving. I vote for parsley!
