Raw chocolate pudding

Friday night! Best time to enjoy a lovely chocolatey dessert which by the way is healthy.



  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or other nut milk)
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1-2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of cinnamon and salt (optional)
  • 1/2 banana (optional)


  • 4 strawberries
  • coconut flakes, hemp seeds or any of your favorite nuts



  1. Mix all the pudding ingredients together in a blender until smooth
  2. Adjust the consitency by adding milk/banana/honey to your preference
  3. Sprinkle the toppings
