Apple-Cranberry Chia Pudding


This bowl is a perfect thing for your breakfast. Fully loaded with fruits, almonds and chia* seeds, It will bring you all the energy you need for your entire day. The best thing to do is to prepare it the night before. This way, you can enjoy a nice ready-made breakfast without having to rush.


  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 4 large dates
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 Tsp of chia seeds
  • handful of cranberries
  • handful of diced apples
  • cinnamon


  1. Blend the almonds and dates with the water until you obtain a very smooth texture
  2. Pour the mixture in bowls and mix in the chia seeds and the cinnamon. (You can add some maple syrup if you like even though the dates should make it sweet enough already)
  3. Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the chia seeds expand
  4. Time for breakfast : add some apples, cranberries and more nuts if you like (such as shaved almonds)

You can tweak this recipe by adding any other nuts or fruits, let your imagination go.

*Little note about chia seeds if you are not familiar with them. They don’t have much taste on their own thus you can add them to your salads or smoothies and take full advantage of their endless benefits:
