The Sweet Mango Smoothie
Sweetest pleonasm, this smoothie almost feels like a hug.
It is so simple to make and also full of energy.
Ingredients:
- 1 large mango
- a handful of strawberries
- 2 oranges
- 2 bananas
- 3 dates
Instructions:
- You can either peel the oranges and put them whole in the blender or squeeze them to get only the juice, as you like!
- Peel the mango and put in a blender
- Add the bananas, dates, strawberries and oranges
- Blend, pour and enjoy all the vitamins!
