Ginger-Citrus Juice
After a long night partying or any night really, this morning juice is made to clean your body from toxins and freshen up your day
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lemon
- 1 1/2 lime
- 2 grapefruits
- 1 nob ginger
- a piece of aloe vera
- 2 cups filtered water
- ~ 10 ice cubes
Instructions:
- Blend the ginger with 2 cups of water
- Strain and pour the ginger water in the blender
- Squeeze all the citrus fruits and add the juice in the blender
- Scoop a piece of aloe vera, add it in the blender with the ice
- You can add some mint or cayenne to spice it up!
