Raspberry Almond Chia Pudding

  • 1/4 cup chia pudding
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • handful of raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • handful of shredded almonds


  1. In your glass/cup, Soak the chia puddings in the almond milk for approximately 20 minutes until the texture is like a pudding
  2. Mix in the maple syrup
  3. add the raspberries, almonds and any other toppings you like on top.

Eat right away and feel the energy filling your body. It is immediate!
