Chocolate Pecan Fudge

This raw dessert is a hit whenever we serve it. Kids, adults, everyone loves it.

It’s super easy to make. The result is sweet and comforting. It is perfect as a dessert or a little snack in the afternoon!

Chocolate Pecan Fudge

  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 1/4 cup dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


  • 1 3/4 cups dates
  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup water, or more if needed
  • handful of chocolate chips


Crust: Pulse the pecans into powder in your food processor. Add the other ingredients and mix until it sticks together. Press into the bottom of a pan and put in the fridge.

Fudge: In your food processor, blend all the ingredients together until smooth and thick. Add as little water as you can. Fold in some chocolate chips if you like. Pour over the crust, add some nuts for decoration and keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours until it thickens.

Cut in small square pieces and savor the flavor!
