We are in the Sunshine State this week enjoying some fresh oranges. Mixed up with ginger and blueberries, it’s a perfect way to start your day whether you are in a hot or cold place. These antioxidant ingredients are great for your health, skin and energy.

Ingredients:
- 1 knob of fresh ginger, peeled
- 2 oranges
- 2 bananas
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup water
The Delray Beach Smoothie
Instructions:
- Blend the ginger with water. Strain the juice in a cup and pour it back in the blender
- Add the peeled oranges, bananas, blueberries and sweetener
- Blend until smooth
