The Delray Beach Smoothie

We are in the Sunshine State this week enjoying some fresh oranges. Mixed up with ginger and blueberries, it’s a perfect way to start your day whether you are in a hot or cold place. These antioxidant ingredients are great for your health, skin and energy.

Let’s do this!

Ingredients:

  • 1 knob of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup water

The Delray Beach Smoothie

  • Servings: 2
  • Time: 10 min

Instructions:

  1. Blend the ginger with water. Strain the juice in a cup and pour it back in the blender
  2. Add the peeled oranges, bananas, blueberries and sweetener
  3. Blend until smooth
