Along with bananas and raw cacao nibs, here is another easy way of having and providing your body with great energy all year long. Yes, it feels great !
It’s a really good choice as a breakfast instead of having a bagel, bread or cereals. Chia are amazingly filling and bring you so many nutrients
This is a one person recipe, just multiply everything if you want to make more.
Raw Cacao-Banana Chia Pudding
- 4 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 small banana, mashed
- 1 handful shaved almonds
- 1 heaping Tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- In a small bowl or cup, pour the milk and chia seeds. Let sit for 20 minutes until the chia expands.
- Add in the maple syrup and mashed banana. Mix well.
- Top with shaved almonds and cacao nibs
That’s it, easy peasy!!
