March is knocking at the door, finally! It’s time to buy some flowers and enjoy a nice relaxing week-end.

Start it up with this healthy beautiful smoothie!

Passion-Blueberry-Flax Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups passion fruit juice (try to get the most natural and organic you can)
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen or not
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 or 2 dates (optional, do not use if the passion juice is sweet already)

Instructions:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender, sit comfortably and drink right away!
