Passion-Blueberry-Flax Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups passion fruit juice (try to get the most natural and organic you can)
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen or not
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 Tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 or 2 dates (optional, do not use if the passion juice is sweet already)
Instructions:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender, sit comfortably and drink right away!
