Avocado Toast!

Craving for a late night snack? an afternoon snack? a morning snack?

This is the best homemade snack ever! Anytime!

So all you need here is a slice of bread, a sliced avocado, fresh juice squeezed from 1/2 a lemon, some chia seeds.

The side salad here is fennel, baby spinach and daikon radish with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon.
