How to replace eggs?!

no_eggs-1

Whether you are :

  • allergic to eggs
  • a little intolerant meaning you don’t digest it so well, you feel gassy, bloated
  • against the poor conditions where hens are kept : battery cage is definitely a torture for them!
  • sceptical about the cage-free concept. Tell me about it!
  • health conscious and looking at reducing your egg intake

In any case, you can replace eggs! In anything really!

Try. Do it once, you might want to do it again and again and hopefully spread the word: We definitely do not need to eat so many eggs. We do not have to harm animals, seriously, just think a little before you eat. Learn to take care of yourself starting from your plate and looking around at your environment.
