Pink Smoothie

It’s always nice to have a little smoothie. Especially around the summer season where you can find fresh fruits. Right now, I’m obsessed with fresh young coconuts. You can find them in Asian or Caribbean stores. Ask the seller to open them for you, so you can drink the juice right away and eat the meat. Or bring everything home so you can use them in smoothies and vegan desserts!

Let’s end this month with a nice pink smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh coconut water
  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut meat
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 handful strawberries
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 1 date
  • 1 tsp maca

Instructions:

Well, not many things are easier than this: just put everything in the blender. Mix and drink. Sing, dance, smile and contaminate people around you !
