A special post plenty of quick and healthy snacks for my dear friends who are observing the fast during this month of Ramadan.

1- chia puddings: Loaded with omega 3, fiber, protein, calcium, manganese, and phosphorus, they are a great way to quickly get energized . Prepare them before going to bed and then just wake up and eat! Be creative and use different fruits, nuts and toppings every day: strawberries, peaches, almonds, pecans, mango, banana, …
2- Green smoothies: Blend 1 banana, 1 bunch of spinach or kale, handful of pineapple, 2 dates, 1 cup almond milk. You can add blueberries also for a nice antioxidant touch. And spirulina for a great source of protein!
3- Make some granola in advance and have it with almond milk and fresh fruits
5- Super-energy chocolate pudding
6- Make mega toasts with almond butter, chocolate chips, dates, nuts and tons fruits
