The Costa Rica Smoothie
- 2 bananas
- half a large papaya
- half a big avocado
- 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
It can’t get easier than this : put all in the blender, mix and drink up!
This is a great smoothie for breakfast as it will bring you fiber, potassium, calcium, vitamin C, C, good fat and magnesium
