Sunny Smoothie

Everybody knows or should know that orange juice is a great thing to have in the morning.

But, are you having real orange juice? I mean do you read the ingredients when you buy a bottle to make sure that what you are having is a 100% natural juice? If not, please do and see how better life is 🙂

Now, if you have some time in the morning, why not make yourself an easy smoothie in order to have even more nutrients, vitamins and energy to start your day or give you a little boost at any time during the day. Here you go, all you need is oranges, one or two bananas, some pineapple and a mango !

Sunny smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh squeezed oranges, or 1 cup 100% natural orange juice
  • 1 or 2 bananas
  • 1 mango
  • half a pineapple

Instructions:

Put all in a blender, mix and sip happily, comfortably sat and looking out the window. Just a suggestion 🙂

You can also add some strawberries, it goes great together!
