It’s the week-end ! What better time to enjoy a lovely chocolaty dessert which by the way is healthy.
Ingredients:
Pudding:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or other nut milk)
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp agave syrup
- 1-2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of cinnamon and salt (optional)
- 1/2 banana (optional)
Topping:
- 4 strawberries
- coconut flakes, hemp seeds or any of your favorite nuts
Instructions:
- Mix all the pudding ingredients together in a blender until smooth
- Adjust the consistency by adding milk/banana/agave syrup to your preference
- Sprinkle the toppings
