The Costa Rica Smoothie

Here we are live and direct from Santa Teresa, Costa Rica staying at a beautiful place up the mountain where there is a BLENDER!

We have missed making smoothies and we are very happy to share this simple recipe with you today.

The Costa Rica Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • half a large papaya
  • half a big avocado
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice

Instructions:

It can’t get easier than this : put all in the blender, mix and drink up!

This is a great smoothie for breakfast as it will bring you fiber, potassium, calcium, vitamin C, C, good fat and magnesium
